Fees & other procedure
- As per the circular of Directorate of Education, Goa under Section 18 of the Goa School Education Act, the minimum age to admit a child to Std I is 5 years 6 monthsi.e. 5 and half yrs, as on 1st June of the current Academic year.
- Registration form should be collected from accounts office. Registration Procedure starts from the month of December every year. Completed application form for registration should be submitted at the school office as notified.
- Registration for admission does not guarantee a seat. Admission is granted based on the vacancies that may occur during every academic
- Registration forms seeking admission to First Standard should be submitted along with copy of the Birth Certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer and Bonafide Certificate from previous Pre-Primary School of the ward. Registration form seeking admission to Std. II and onwards should be accompanied by School Leaving Certificate issued by the previous school. If such previous school is situated outside Goa State, then the school leaving certificate should be countersigned by the concerned authority from Education Department of that State.
- The fee for the whole Academic Year are to be paid in advance, with the options of quarterly or half yearly or full year. Fee is subject to annual revision by the Management, without prior intimation.
- The fees can be paid by cheque / Debit or Credit card or online transfer favouring SSSS EDUCATION TRUST JNYAN VIKAS PRI SCHOOL In case of return of cheque for any reason the bank charges will have to be borne by parent as levied by the bank.
- Any payment made after the due date will attract late fee charges of Rs. 100 per month. Non-payment of fees beyond three months period, the student’s admission is liable to be cancelled.
- School Fees will be exclusive of Textbooks, Notebooks, Stationery, School Diary, ID Card, Uniform and other competitive exams and events.
